Tracking Overdue Orders in WolfPak

How do I track overdue orders?

Noting which orders are overdue (taken too long to ship) is a great way to ensure that your customers get their orders as fast as possible. WolfPak adds visual indicators to let you know which orders are overdue in the picking queues.




How do I set this up?

On Desktop

Go to Settings > Orders & Workflow


Under General Settings there is a heading Overdue Timeframe


Set this to the number of hours before it marks orders as overdue.



Where do I view overdue orders?

On Scanners/Mobile


If the order time is greater than your overdue time

In picking queues, you will see a red ! icon next to the order.



If the order time is less than or equal to half of your overdue time (eg, it is halfway to becoming overdue)

In picking queues, you will see an orange half circle next to the order



If the order time is less than 8 hours old

In picking queues, you will see a green circle next to the order
