- WooCommerce For those who's websites run on WordPress/WooCommerce
- Shopify For those who's stores run on Shopify/Shopify Plus
WooCommerce
WooCommerce has the below queues available:
- Custom Queue
- Restricted Product Queue
- Restricted Backorder Product Queue
- Backorder Queue
Custom Queues
- Custom queues can be created using the Add Picking Queue button under the Orders sidebar item.
- Orders need to be tagged with the matching queue name in WooCommerce. EG: "Sale Queue"
needs the tag of 'Sale Queue' in WooCommerce.
Orders that have a tag in WooCommerce but don't have an associated queue created in WolfPak will show in the normal main queue until one is created.
Restricted Queue
- Orders marked as Restricted by the items inside of it will automatically be put into the restricted queue. You will need to configure the picking queue settings found in Settings > Picking Settings > Queue Settings
Restricted Backorder Queue
- Orders that meet the criteria of being restricted, but also backorder will go into a Restricted Backorder Queue. You can change the name of the queue under Settings > Picking Settings > Queue Settings
Orders in the restricted queue will not show in any other queue, including custom queues.
Backorder Queue
- Orders with the tag "backorder" will automatically be added to the Backorder Queue on scanners.
- To mark an order as backorder through WolfPak, either:
- Open the order on a scanner and exit using the abandon menu (hamburger menu on the top left) and press Mark as Backorder
- Or, on the All Orders page, click on the Quick View icon (eye icon) and then click Backorder.
Shopify
Shopify has the below queues available:
- Custom Queue
- Restricted Product Queue
- Wholesale Queue
Custom Queues
- Custom queues can be created using the Add Picking Queue button under the Orders sidebar item.
- Orders need to be tagged with the matching queue name in Shopify. EG: "Sale Queue"
needs the tag of 'Sale Queue' in Shopify.
Orders that have a tag in Shopify but don't have an associated queue created in WolfPak will show in the normal main queue until one is created.
Restricted Queue
- Orders marked as Restricted by the items inside of it will automatically be put into the restricted queue. You will need to configure the picking queue settings found in Settings > Picking Settings > Queue Settings
Wholesale Queue
- If a customer has the tag of payment_20th or payment_7days or is tagged as wholesale and has paid their order, their orders go into the Wholesale Queue.
- Otherwise, if they are tagged with only wholesale, they go into the On Account (Wholesale Unpaid) queue.
Orders can't be in the Wholesale queue and in a custom queue. Priority goes to Wholesale before a custom queue.
