ShipShot - Dispatch Photos

WolfPak's ShipShot feature allows warehouse users/shipping staff to take a photograph of the package before it leaves the warehouse.

Note: You will require the paid ShipShot Addon to be enabled on your WolfPak account

How does ShipShot work?

When activated on your account and enabled through the WolfPak Settings, a "Take ShipShot" button is added to the desktop Process Orders page.

Note: ShipShot is not yet available on mobile dispatch

We have also added a new command to SlashComm which enables users to take ShipShots without moving the mouse!

What can it do?

• A maximum of 1 image per package is allowed.

• Management can enable rules for what orders require them.

  • eg; Orders containing Restricted Goods, orders over a certain value

• Images are securely stored for 90 Days from capture.

• ShipShot images can only be deleted while in Process Order screen. They cannot be deleted after the label has been generated.

• ShipShot Images can be viewed on desktop Orders View only

Why should I enable ShipShot?

We encourage the use of ShipShot for customers who send high-value or risky/restricted products. This enables another check step in the fulfillment process to ensure the customer gets the right goods.
