Purpose

The purpose of this tool is to allow warehouse users to pick sales orders from their respective eCommerce platforms. Scan pick allows for staff to view all orders that are awaiting picking - where WolfPak will then direct the staff member item by item around the warehouse area to pick the order in the most efficient way possible. Users will then be prompted to scan each item to confirm that it is correct based on the barcode value that is stored against each item.

1. Picking Queues

Shopify queues are dynamically generated based on what types of orders are available in certain queue types. These are: Paid Orders (General non-wholesale customers) Unpaid Orders (General non-wholesale customers) Wholesale Paid Orders Wholesale Unpaid Orders	EXO queues are generated based on fixed types of order picking queues. These are: Main Orders  Backorders Priority Picking Pick by account Urgent Orders

2. Picking

The picking process is as follows. Some variance occurs depending on the settings chosen.

1. Choose Picking Queue. 
2. Select Order to Pick
3. Once an order is loaded press "PICK THIS ORDER"
4. Scan Product
5. Confirm Product Picked
6. Choose Packing Table
7. Scan Receipt or Packing Slip
