Auto Tagging Orders & Using Custom Queues in WolfPak

WolfPak provides the ability to create custom picking queues based on order tags for both WooCommerce & Shopify.

How to set up a custom picking queue in Shopify

1. Tag Orders in Shopify

This can be done automatically using an app. EG:

• TR: Auto Tag Orders, Customers
• Leap Auto Tags

 Or it can be done by manually adding a tag to an order. For more information on this, please view this Shopify Support Article

2. Create a matching Queue in WolfPak

• On your WolfPak account, navigate to the left menu and click Orders > Add Picking Queue
• Click Add new queue. Enter the name exactly as it matches the tag in Shopify. For example, your tag in Shopify is 'Dec_Promo' then your queue needs to match.

My queue isn't showing on the scanner

Please ensure that you have pickable orders that have been tagged with the correct queue name. The queue will only show if there is an order available to pick in it.

I don't want the custom picking queue anymore

Please navigate to Orders > Add Picking Queue and click the trash icon on the queue that you no longer need.
