Custom Packages Sizes when Dispatching Orders

What are custom package sizes?

This is where you want to override the default package sizes setup and create a 'one off' custom package size during dispatch.

How do I edit a package size?

On Desktop

Go to Process Orders > Select an order to process

Add items to package:

Scan a barcode of the product you wish to pack > It will then show up under Package 1

To edit the package size:

Click the "Edit" button next to the package number.

You will then have this popup. Please enter the new dimensions for the package.

Press Save

After saving, the dropdown for the package you edited will show up with "Overridden Package" and the new dimensions of the package.

Please Note: If you change the package size by selecting a new one from the dropdown, you will loose the changes you have overridden.
