Shipping Orders into Multiple Consignments

What are multiple consignments?

This is where you want to send out a single order with multiple boxes/courier tickets. For example - a larger order that needs to be split up, or an oversized product with mixed goods.

How do I create multiple consignments for an order?

On Desktop

Go to Process Orders > Select an order to process

Process by scanning each item:

Scan a barcode of the product you wish to pack > It will then show up under Package 1

To add a new package:

Click the "+" button next to packages. This will add a new "empty" package.

Please Note: Packages won't have a label generated unless they have a product in them OR the weight override is set.

To add products to the second package:

Click on the package you wish to add products to. It will now be highlighted in green. By default, when you add a new package - that one will be highlighted.

You can see in this example, the product was added to package 2.

How do I remove a product from a package?

On Desktop

Click on the three dots on the product you wish to remove > Click Unpack Item

This will move the product back to the left list of unpacked products which you can now add to a new package.

How do I override the weight of a ticket?

On Desktop

Click on Total Weight on the package you want to edit the weight of.

In the popup, enter the new weight you want the ticket to have.

Please Note: If you add or remove a product from the package after you override the weight - it will be reset back to the total weight of the products. You will then have to go back and override it again.

You can tell you have overridden the weight as it will show you as Overridden Total Weight.
