WolfPak allows for orders to be marked as "Urgent" therefore appearing at the top of their associated picking queues.
Why urgent orders?
Tagging orders as "Urgent" allows for them to be picked and dispatched faster than the rest of the orders pending in queues.
How do I set it up?
The process to set it up automatically can sometimes be a little hard if you don't have anyone that can make the changes for you.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce doesn't out-of-the-box support the ability to tag orders as urgent. Therefore, to make them appear as urgent in WolfPak, you need to add custom meta to the order on the orders page.
- Under WooCommerce > Orders > ORDER scroll down the bottom to "Custom Fields" (if it's not showing, make sure you have the Custom Fields option ticked under Screen Options at the top of the page.
- In the fields shown,
- Name: order_urgent
- Value: 1
- Ensure the order is saved
Shopify
In Shopify, it's as simple as adding a tag to the order.
- On the order details page, simply ensure there is a tag called urgent added.
