WolfPak's Ships In Package feature allows warehouse users to process and dispatch products that always ship in their retail packaging. This is perfect for large or bulk items that never ship with anything else, and always ship in the same size package. It means you no longer have to keep manually setting the package size or move products around packages.

How does Ships In Package work?

There are a few steps you need to complete to get Ships In Package setup.

1. Setup Package(s) with matching dimensions in Settings > Package Settings

1.1 Create a new + New Package, enter the appropriate details and press save.

Note: Ships in Package is not carrier specific. If you select a carrier eg, "NZPost" it will be cleared when you select products to ship in this package.

2. Add product(s) to that package in Products > Search ProductsEnter the SKU and view the product information page.

2.1. Click Options > Set Ships in Package

3. In the popup, select the package you created in Step 1. Press Save

4. When processing orders on desktop, you will see "Ships in Package" on the line in light grey text.

5. Once you pick/pack the products, they will automatically move into their own package size, with the package locked.
