Below, is the response matrix used to give an estimate of support times.


Critical Response (P1) – Immediate.

High Response (P2) – Before the start of the next business day.

Medium Response (P3) – Within 5-7 Business days.

Low Response (P4) – Released in next WolfPak update or upgrade.
