Barcode Overrides

When a user picking has difficulty scanning a product within a order they will be prompted to enter a reason why they are having the issue. This reason along with the product details and what they are scanning is recorded for later resolution and staff monitoring. 


  1. Login as a supervisor
  2. Select 'Overrides' from the left hand menu.
  3. the table shows the unresolved issues. 


Its possible to 'resolve' the issues here by fixing the barcodes in the source system (Shopify, WooCommerce, Exo etc) and then selecting the row in the last column and clicking the `resolve all selected` button at the top.


The Easiest way to resolve the Barcode issues is on the handheld. 

  1. Login as a supervisor
  2. Swipe to the last page (or select the cog icon)
  3. Overridden Barcodes
  4. Tap on a row 
  5. Edit the barcode as required by selecting 'edit' next to barcode
  6. Tap on the banner 'Has been Overridden' to mark as resolved
